Guojing Tang is the CEO of Pionex US, where he oversees Pionex’s North American business and leads Pionex’s derivative trading shop. Prior to Pionex, Guojing was CEO of Huatai GW Capital Management, which he grew to become one of China’s largest commodities derivative trading companies.
He was also Vice President of Commodities Sales and Trading at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw energy and commodities trading and developed algorithmic trading strategies based on quantitative market models. His career spans 15 years across multiple multinational investment banks.

Jay (Juchang)Hua is the CTO of Pionex US, where he oversees Pionex’s North American’s Research and Development and leads Pionex Global’s futures trading business. Prior to Pionex, Jay was a Risk Manager at Two Sigma, where he developed risk and portfolio optimization models and oversaw the market risk of Macro and Options portfolios.

Jay also worked as a Quantitative Strategist at Deutsche Banks, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, where he worked on Equity and FX derivatives modeling and quantitative trading strategies. Jay Hua received his PhD in Computational Biology and MS in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University.

William (BIll) J. Callahan III is a law enforcement veteran with 20+ years in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He retired from the DEA as the Special Agent In Charge for the St. Louis Division and held numerous posts in the DEA since joining in early 2000.
Bill specialized in complex, multi-jurisdictional money-laundering investigations. In many of these investigations, illicit actors took advantage of trade-based money laundering schemes, dark web narcotic distribution involving cryptocurrency, and market manipulation to obfuscate the true source of the funds. During his 14 years assigned to the New York Division as a Special Agent and then a Group Supervisor, Bill established the DEA New York Division Financial Investigation Team and supervised Special Agents, Task Force Officers, Criminal Intelligence Analyst, and contracted Financial Investigators.
While assigned to DEA Headquarters, Bill held numerous leadership positions in the Inspections and Operations Divisions including an assignment as the Section Chief of the Latin America and Caribbean Section. Bil also served as a Senior Inspector where he established DEA’s proactive money laundering audit team, where he took part in the development of creating policy and procedures in furtherance of DEA’s undercover operations involving cryptocurrency.
In 2021, Bill joined Blockchain Intelligence Group as the Director of Government and Strategic Affairs; he is responsible for developing relationships with law enforcement, regulators, and government agencies globally.
Jason LiCEO, MPCVaultJason is the co-founder and CEO of MPCVault, a multi-sig crypto wallet for teams with over half a billion in assets under management. Previously, he built and sold a crypto exchange while studying at UC Berkeley and co-founded LoopChat, a US college social app with over 300k registered students. Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from UC Berkeley and served as a teaching assistant for numerous courses, including Computer Security and Operating Systems.
